Jennifer Litz-Bopp (Stommel) I am Jennifer Litz, oldest daughter of Michael and Josine Bopp-Stommel, of Fresno, California. I also reside in Fresno with my husband, Kevin and son Braden (age 3). I have two stepdaughters, Bridget (age 23) and Kimberly (age 22) who are both attending college. For now, Bridget lives with us while she takes classes at Fresno City College and works at a golf course and a restaurant. Kimberly is attending Humboldt State University in Eureka, California. Our son, Braden, just started preschool in August 2007 and is our pride and joy. He has a lot of energy and curly blonde hair. We also have a huge dog (a Standard Poodle) named Woodrow of Fresno, but we call him "Woody." Our reclusive cat's name is Kobe. Kevin and I will celebrate our 10th anniversary in July 2008. Kevin works for the California National Guard. The day after I discovered I was pregnant with my son, Kevin left for Iraq. He was able to come home to see the birth of Braden, but after two weeks, he had to finish his time in Iraq. He came back home when Braden was 5 1/2 months old. He continues to work for the National Guard, but has been fortunate to be stateside. He thoroughly enjoys golf and is teaching himself to play the guitar. I have just completed my coursework for a Master of Science degree in Psychology and will work as a school psychologist. I enjoy my job very much and look forward to getting my life back on track after a whirlwind experience through graduate school. Since we have been married, Kevin and I have lived in Northern and Central California having moved 4 times. We had our current house built a year ago and plan on staying here for quite a while! I really love practicing yoga and am involved in an organization called the National Women's Political Caucus with my mother-in-law, Billie MacDougall, a lovely woman. My parents have been extraordinarily helpful in caring for Braden since he was born and they continue to do so. Our favorite thing to do as a family is to go to the beach and spend time in our 5th-wheel travel trailer. Now that our life will be calming down some, hopefully we'll be doing some more traveling very soon... like to Holland for a reunion in 2009!!! Cheers!
